Training and Development Certificate

Program Description

The Training and Development Program prepares students for careers in training, instructional design, or consulting. Graduates may find suitable jobs as a training coordinator, instructional coordinator, and job training specialist. The students will learn to develop, analyze and evaluate training needs to create an effective adult learning environment.

Upon completion of this program, graduates will be able to design curriculum for a training program and deliver a training module.
